To better meet the needs of the growing Front Range market, we are growing our team. The region has grown 15% in the last decade, fueling tremendous expansion across the construction industry. As a restoration and replacement contractor, we’re growing with the region and in need of motivated, professional, outgoing individuals to expand our outside sales department.

Compensation:

Our Project managers are paid hourly with a highly incentivized bonus and commission structure with expected first year earnings of $75-$150k with no limits or caps. Job Description:

Project managers interact directly with homeowners to produce signed contracts and ensure the job build runs smoothly and is up to code while maintaining good rapport with the homeowner. They are responsible for collecting necessary information and specifics on potential projects, giving accurate estimates, and correctly filling out appropriate documents.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direction over contracts and subcontracts
• Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers.
• Prospect and contact potential customers
• Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline.
• Offer solutions to drive company revenue.
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints.
• Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of the latest developments.

Qualifications and Desired Traits:

· Roofing Experience is highly preferred!
