Intero Chiropractic is a fast-paced chiropractic office located in Pleasanton. We provide a different approach to chiropractic in order to help people feel and function better. We specialize in a very specific type of chiropractic, Structural Chiropractic (Gonstead system), and provide diagnostic testings that allow us to determine what is going on structurally and neurologically.

The full-time Chiropractic Operations Manager will be responsible for managing approximately 8 full-time and part-time employees and outsourced providers in compliance with established policies and procedures. The staff includes the front desk assistants, chiropractic assistants, billing associates, a bookkeeper and two associate chiropractors.
Manage approximately 8 full-time and part-time employees and outsourced providers in compliance with established policies and procedures.
Handle recruiting, onboarding, performance reviews and resolve issues that must be escalated.
Train and coach staff to optimize productivity.
Ensure employees perform tasks on time and accurately.
Must exercise utmost diplomacy and tact to provide excellent customer service for patients; and practices confidentiality and privacy protocols in accordance to Clinic policies and HIPAA requirements.
Perform employee scheduling and payroll.
Handle inventory management and order supplies.
Oversee facilities and equipment management.
Provide weekly status updates to the integrator/COO and visionary/CEO.
During very busy times, step in to help employees perform the following tasks - schedule and coordinate patient appointments; verify patient insurance and submit claims; ensure all patient paperwork is complete and signed; maintain patient health records, and personal and financial information; check explanation of benefits (EOB); manage personal injury; manage an efficient flow of patients and ensure patients are serviced on time; etc.

Work hours: Monday to Friday 10AM to 7PM
Salary: Based on experience.
