Technical Content Writer

Datasys is looking for a Technical Content Writer to be responsible for web content, white papers, business decks and other written content collateral. You will act as a storyteller of our diverse portfolio of products. This is a highly visible position requiring you to work closely with executives across our organization to provide subject matter expertise on a variety of topics.

You are a savvy, creative writer. You get excited by new topics to write about, regardless of the complexity. You love learning about new concepts and making them digestible for others. Storytelling is your DNA, and you constantly refine your messaging and approach.

Responsibilities

• Create compelling copy on a variety of topics for consumption through vehicles such as web, social, white paper, business deck and marketing assets of various forms
• Research influential market blogs, vlogs, podcasts and market news for relevant content ideas and topics
• Produce copy for content marketing programs including eBooks and trend reports
• Suggest new content when needed, such as social posts, blog posts and articles
• Able to reword existing written content to convey correct messaging
• Assist in sales collateral creations such as case studies, white papers, and landing pages
• Respond to time-critical requests
• Identify, create, and measure content KPIs
