Customer Service Representative - Print Shop

Minute Man print shop in Tempe, AZ is looking for a Customer Service Representative. Our shops are fast paced and provide products and services primarily in a business-to-business capacity.
Preferred Skills:
Experience communicating with customers and submitting files to vendors as well as understanding their requirements.
Knowledge of digital printers such as Konica Minolta - Xerox
Required Skills:
Print shop experience preferred
Excellent basic math and computer skills
Superior customer service and problem solving skills
Fast paced while maintaining attention to detail
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Quoting / Estimating
Work Ordering
Invoicing
Replying to client emails and answering phones
Proactively seek to help commercial clients with all their printing
Shifting focus to workflow bottlenecks
Working closely in a team-oriented environment
Assisting in the print production duties as needed
The person entering this position will also cross train in other areas of shop operations and small equipment and will be expected to occasionally assist other departments.
