Job Description

We are a fast growing Screen Printing company located in Scarborough

We are currently seeking an experienced, skilled, and organized Bookkeeper/Office Administrator

Details on the Role:

Bookkeeping Duties:

- Process accounts receivable and payable, manage invoices, expenses, data entry.

- Payroll

- Manage all day-to-day financial transactions

- Bank account management, deposits.

- Manage all client accounts, keep a consistent and current record of contacts, clients, record, vendors.

Human Resources and Office Management Duties:

- Manage and maintain a robust filing and storage system

- Maintain all employee related documents and information

- Assist and manage company’s policies, procedures, employee standards, vehicle administration documents, Health and Safety compliance documentation.

Requirements:

- Bookkeeping and Office Management experience

- experience and strong familiarity with QuickBooks

- Ability to learn the company’s software

- High Degree of accuracy and attention to detail.

- Organized and efficient with excellent communication skills.

This position can be flexible (part-time to full-time), with opportunities to work remotely at certain times.
