Service/Sales Coordinator at Intermountain Lift Truck

This position will work with directly with our customers to ensure that we provide excellent and timely repair services on industrial equipment. The main tasks include advising customers of our services, creating estimates and processing service orders. Communicating those estimates/orders with the sales and service department. Resolve customer questions and offer solutions to drive company revenue.

Key Job Duties

• Present and sell company products and services to existing customers via telephone and email.
• Create estimates and orders for customers
• Reach agreed upon service sales targets by the deadline
• Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments

​Qualifications:

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
• Familiarity with CRM platforms
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Strong negotiation skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Multi-task and operate a personal computer, and telephone simultaneously.

• Take information from multiple sources regarding an ongoing situation and produce an accurate narrative with key details and facts.
• Remember and accurately transcribe spoken information to include names, addresses, and descriptions.
• Organize and maintain files
• Writing, including spelling and grammar, and concise paraphrasing skills.
• Excellent phone skills and customer service
• Office procedures and telephone etiquette
• High school diploma or GED required. Additional schooling preferred.
