Marketing Coordinator

The IFA Marketing team is looking for a self-motivated Marketing Coordinator who can manage creative workflow, ad schedules and marketing programs, and assist with a number of projects from beginning to end to help bring our plans to life.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Help plan, execute and analyze marketing campaigns including but not limited to monthly ads, traditional and digital promotions, and brand campaigns
• Assist with traditional, digital and social media advertising strategy
• Maintain communication and collaborate with brand partners, vendors, agencies, and internal team members/departments on a day-to-day basis to deliver quality projects in a timely manner
• Initiate the creative workflow and guide projects through development
• Manage invoices and receivables
• Build PowerPoint decks highlighting promotions and results, and present as needed
• Support the execution of the annual IFA Trade Show and spring Kick-off meeting
• Proofread a variety of communications (print, digital and social media) to ensure the end product is correct prior to publishing with effective, on-brand messaging
• Produce technical writing on an as-needed basis

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or communications is preferred
• 1-2 years of experience as a marketing coordinator or similar role
• Knowledge of traditional, digital and social media marketing
• Time management and planning skills required to handle multiple, ongoing projects
• Exceptional problem-solving and organizational skills with a high attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and gather information from a variety of sources
• Ability to interact with all personality types and with all levels of staff
• Strong work ethic and a great, take-charge attitude
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and G Suite, especially with PowerPoint and Excel
• Past retail experience (in any capacity), and/or passion for a farming, ranching, or rural lifestyle are each a plus, but not required
