What You Will Do
A Electrical Technician works from schematics and diagrams to wire and install electrical components, switch gear, electrical switches and electronic instruments and devices, such as: programmable logic controllers (PLCs), data loggers, relays, breakers and other electronic instrumentation equipment. They troubleshoot and diagnose cause of electrical or mechanical malfunction or failure of operational equipment and make necessary repairs. Conduct electrical testing and recommend or initiate modification or replacement of equipment which fails to meet acceptable operating standards.

We Are Looking For
Someone proficient in their ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and schematics. Industrial knowledge of electrical equipment and devices common to the industry with a knowledge and understanding of high voltage electrical.
Because we work in a team environment the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with those encountered in the course of the work is important.

Requirements You Need to Have
* Requires two year electrical technician certificate from an accredited college or technical school and two years electrical apprenticeship or equivalent combination of education and experience.
* Minimum of two years of electrical wiring experience.
* Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds.
* Depending on workload additional overtime and weekend work may be required.
