Skills we are looking for:

• Reliable transportation to get to the shop. 
• Must take pride in going to do some honest work every day.

• Minimum 1 year experience preferred but not required.
• Basic understanding of job site safety
• OSHA 10 certification will be required within 6 months of hire date (we will assist with this).
• Can read a tape measure accurately.
• Can Handle tools with awareness of surroundings.
• Accurately track and note all damaged materials or overages/shortages to be reported by the end of that working day to Crew Leader.
• Basic understanding of power tools and how to operate safely. 
• Can cooperate & execute in anticipation of the work at hand.
  
• Demonstrates initiative & Desire to help.
