An assisted Living Facility in Camarillo has an immediate need for a Licensed Vocational Nurse. Put your nursing skills to work in an environment that needs your help. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Utilizes the nursing process to assess, plan and implement and evaluate patient care

· Performs interviews to identify specific patient needs

· Assess signs and symptoms indicating changes in patient’s condition

· Collects, analyzes, and interprets information from health care members and documents

· Administer insulin, does Accu- checks and check vitals

· Other LVN duties as assigned.
