Job Description

The CEO of Interdependence Public Relations and other business ventures and social media agencies is looking for a strong Senior Executive Assistant.

Our CEO's Executive Assistant will need to handle all of his clerical tasks and prioritize correspondence, help manage CEO’s time, allowing him, as our Chairman to focus on decision-making and higher-level responsibilities.

-She/he preferably have a good understanding of PR and Reputation Management

-She/he will serve as link between the CEO and the rest of the staff, contribute to better organization and planning of his daily calendar with an understanding of what is important/priority.

-She/he will be scheduling and managing his calendar daily to ensure his days are filled with appropriate meetings and Zoom calls, including making appointments and prioritizing the most sensitive matters.

-She/he will be reminding the CEO of ALL his meetings daily, and meeting details 10 minutes prior to the actual call/meeting throughout each day.

-Providing administrative assistance, such as writing and editing email, drafting memos and preparing communications on our CEO's behalf.

-Work with the SDR and Sales Teams daily to make sure all deliverables are provided to the CEO each day and returned to the appropriate team member.
