Key Function and Responsibility of the Role:
The Digital Designer will primarily be responsible for crafting emails using existing brand guidelines to build email and push assets. This role will support the marketing team producing emails for a variety of marketing campaigns. You are able to balance creativity and critical thinking while demonstrating an ability to build visually compelling and highly engaging email campaigns.
Design a variety of effective marketing emails that meet the objectives of the brief and clearly communicate the key message(s).
Prepare files to be used for email development and help elevate and bring the design aesthetic to the next level, within brand guidelines.

Work closely with marketing to help strategize and craft new campaigns.

Passionate about typography, layout, illustration or compositing, and design fundamentals.
Savvy in web production, web design, user experience, web content and best practices
Deep-dive into all brand guidelines and learn to live and breath all Client brand standards.
Create engaging, compelling work that connects with our audience, and represents the Client brand faithfully.
Familiarize yourself with the unique challenges and brand requirements of each of the various Client products and services.
Work closely with design managers and project managers on multiple projects with varying timelines and priorities efficiently.
Participate in design meetings, give and receive constructive feedback.
Work to maintain files in an organized manner, consistent with the design team's standards.
" 5+ years in-house or agency in the gaming, entertainment, or consumer technology industry with an emphasis on digital design.
" A Bachelor's degree in Graphic/Digital Design or a similar area of study (or equivalent experience)
" Extensive knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite
" Knowledge of email marketing standard methodologies. Has a detailed understanding of the email production process and keeps all emails on task from inception to completion.
" Excellent design skills with the capacity to understand how the design translates into an effective email campaign
" Strong understanding of the latest design trends, tools, concepts, and technologies
" Understanding of email marketing standard methodologies (e.g. CAN-SPAM rules)
" Prioritize multiple exciting tasks with outstanding communication skills
" Has meticulous attention to detail
" Copywriting and HTML skills are a plus
