The research team develops the algorithms that make products and services smart, whether that be through sensing, machine perception, control systems, pattern recognition, or preference learning. These approaches depend on constructing high-quality data sets for training and evaluation as we iterate on software or hardware design. The team is looking for someone who will help review and label sensor signal images for data collection efforts across research studies/experiments.
Overall Responsibilities
Review signal images and annotate events. Assist with tasks to help enrich our data set for algorithms development and ensure high-quality labels. Collaborate with engineering and researcher teams to develop/improve the data collection and labelling efforts
Top 3 Daily Responsibilities:
Review sensor signal images
Complete detailed labelling and annotations for reviewed images
Work with data collection team/engineers to define test cases, plan schedules, develop the documentation, and debug tests
Required Skills: 0-3 years experience in research. BS/BA degree.
Ability to view sensor signal images, review content, and accurately select/fill-out questions regarding the images.
Ability to use software tools for research. Detail-oriented
Self-driven, responsible, timely. Ability to assist with data collection tasks. Experience with tasks on computer applications.
Nice to Have Skills/Not Required:
Experience with data labelling
Strong verbal and written communication
Ability to organize, multitask, and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment
