Product Marketing Manager

Partner with sales, pre-sales and customer success to develop compelling positioning, messaging, and storylines for Lark in the North American market that are informed by customer insights
Develop sales collaterals including pitch decks, demos, videos, and industry solutions. Build sales enablement programs to ensure content usage, feedback collection, and continued iteration
Own the content marketing strategy. Define content themes and thought leadership angles, and work cross-functionally to write/edit for multiple channels, including web pages, campaigns, video scripts, banners, social posts, emails, and blogs
Own events content, including developing speeches and pitch decks for senior leadership's speaking engagements
Communicate customer requirements and provide input to product management on product enhancements and future roadmap
Develop market/competitive intelligence, acting as our thought leader and expert
Distill product selling points and translate features into customer language
Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing or other related business or technical majors
3-5 years of experience in product marketing/SaaS marketing
Experience in crafting compelling positioning and messaging
Strong communicator with exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Ability to build a range of marketing assets, including pitch decks, product demos, videos, websites, and webinar/event content
Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects effectively
Experience of working under a global team is a plus
Creative problem solver that can generate innovative marketing ideas and execute with speed
Strong entrepreneurship and start-up mindset
Bilingual in Mandarin/Chinese
