Job Description


  • Perform quality daily Administrative operation services for ByteDance office
  • Work as onsite POC to deliver daily Admin support to internal business stakeholders
  • Perform /supervise advanced mailroom duties (account management, mail & package handling, label printing, etc)
  • Badge management (company badge/building badge/apply/replace, etc)
  • Vendors sourcing and management for Admin projects
  • Office supply procurement & inventory management
  • Help supervise onsite vendor personnel performance (janitors, receptionist, etc)
  • Office monthly expense tracking
  • Assist with employee on-boarding and off-boarding process
  • Assist with event planning and execution, including but not limited to corporate meetings/events, team off-site and team building, etc
  • Assist with office manager to improve administrative services
  • Handle urgent projects as required

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business /hospitality /Project management or related majors
  • 1+ year experience in workplace operation
  • Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively across the organization
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, multi-tasking, detail-oriented, verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to remain energetic in a fast-paced environment
