Location: based in New York City, Mountain View or Los Angeles, RTO planned

What You Will Do:

1. Coordinate invoice submission for multiple immigration service providers.

2. Coordinate LCA process, including posting and removing LCA notices.

3. Coordinate and initiate all new case initiations.

4. Answer basic US immigration questions from employees and HR professionals.

5. Create and accurately maintain documents and files for all work visas, permanent residence cases and other immigration matters and act as a resource for the immigration team, foreign nationals and outside legal counsel for general information and workflow process.


1. Bachelor's Degree.

2. Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.

3. Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.

4. Basic understanding of immigration logistics in order to prioritize and manage tasks.

5. Ability to learn things quickly; prioritize and manage multiple tasks in order to meet tight deadlines.

6. Excellent customer service, interpersonal and relationship-building.

7. Sense of urgency, detail oriented and aptitude to follow through.
