Responsible for the company’s Delivery Side Sales Strategies. This individual must maximize the organization’s growth and profitability by driving all Delivery Side sales activities. This includes implementing profitable short-term and long-term programs and processes to optimize workflow and provide an advanced enterprise solution.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Drive the successful sales of all Delivery Side offerings.
  • A consummate student who quickly becomes an expert user of the company’s chosen consultative selling methodology - and champions this approach to the sales team.
  • Directs implementation and execution of sales policies and practices and implements approved strategies.
  • Deliver on the established customer acquisition strategy.
  • Responsible for day-to-day coaching/mentoring of the sales team.
  • Manage and report the department's key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics such as pipeline, forecast and Customer Acquisition Cost.
  • Partners with marketing to develop lead generation and revenue generation programs, and to create high performing sales collateral.
  • Lead and manage the development of infrastructure, systems, and processes to enable fully functioning sales team and rapid sales growth.
  • Relays product and functional requirements to the innovation team.
  • Tracks results and business impact against defined KPIs post-launch, collaborates with key organizational owners in identifying improvements for future releases, and reports on results.
  • Develop and cultivate customer relationships in support of IntelliCentrics services.
  • Recommends sales strategies for improvement based on market research and competitor analyses.
  • Identify team resource requirements, recruit, hire and develop high performance team

Supervisory Responsibilities:

  • Inside Sales Reps and Strategic Sales Professionals.

Education and/or Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in related discipline (marketing, business management, communications, etc.).
  • 10 years successful experience in a senior selling role working with C-level executives, in a high growth healthcare technology or technology service company.
  • Expertise in selling strategies and methodologies, strategic planning and execution, and employee motivation techniques.
  • Delivery of outstanding sales results against targets
  • Understanding and management of CRM.
  • Created and executed against strategy.
  • Identified market drivers and modified plans to capitalize accordingly.


  • Typical interaction is through phone, email, and/or webinars for system demos. Travel may approach 60% a month in some months due to conventions/trade shows and customer feedback sessions. This will include international travel.
