Job Description

Intelle Coaching Solutions is seeking to add its next superstar to our rapidly growing team. This individual will have the opportunity to implement Sales strategies focusing on organic lead generation, paid advertising, qualification of leads, and achieving sales goals . This unique and dynamic position is a full-time role and is perfect for an individual who desires to work with a hyper growth startup, make a significant impact in women’s careers, and achieve financial freedom in the process.

Candidates must be strong in Sales (online and offline) in order to increase awareness of key offers, drive nurture and engagement campaigns to warm audiences and facilitate the close during and outside of conversion events.

This is not an entry level sales job, sales experience is a must.

Responsibilities Include:

  1. Manage a sales funnel in order to achieve sales budgets; including:

  2. Identifying new leads using a combination of organic methods and paid advertising.

  3. Qualifying existing leads to determine fit.

  4. Nurturing our existing leads by providing a personal touch through our content strategy.

  5. Inviting leads to and conducting sales calls

  6. Co-organizing and co-managing conversion events.

  7. Intentionally building a personal brand as part of the Intelle Brand in order to support sales efforts.

  8. Build an individual sales database of qualified prospects contained in our CRM.

  9. Following set metrics-based tracking system for all sales and marketing activities and reporting/recapping progress to Marketing Manager daily. Metrics/Success Measured By: 1) List-building and community building metrics met by week and by month 2) Weekly social messaging + lead generation metrics met 3) Consultations scheduled metrics met 4) Sales dollars closed each week/during conversion events

$45,000 BASE + 10% COMMISSION
