Work as part of the Retail Customer Care Call Center on our premiere pharmacy concierge service program, the Pharmacy Care Team. This collaborative group of Pharmacists and Pharmacy Technicians deliver high levels of customer service to our patients of greatest need and ensure they have a seamless experience filling their prescriptions at the Pharmacy. Agents will be responsible for assisting patients with their pharmacy needs, as well as presenting and enrolling patients in various clinical programs and pharmacy services with a goal of improving the levels of care provided to our patients.
∙ 2 to 3 years call center experience with a focus on service delivery excellence
∙ Practical application of knowledge of pharmacy processes and procedures, existing license is a plus
∙ Bilingual-Spanish, Other Languages is a plus
Proficient in Windows-based applications such as Excel, Word and Outlook
∙ Flexibility in work schedule
∙ Ability to obtain Pharmacy Technician licensure in Rhode Island
∙ Ability to secure Pharmacy Technician National Certification within 6 months of employment
∙ Excellent communication skills, including a strong command of the English language and the ability to clearly articulate pharmacy program details to patients over the telephone
∙ Ability to utilize active listening techniques and demonstrate empathetic behavior when speaking with patients with chronic conditions and/or on complex therapies
∙ Ability to build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with patients
∙ Ability to problem solve and work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Hours: Training: 3 weeks, M - F 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM ∙ Work Shift: M-F 11:30-8:00 PM
- Pay Rate: 15.00
- Employment Type: Contract
