Clinical Liaison – Weekend RN

• $34-$40 Per Hour

Responsibilities:

• Provides Admission Assessments
• Collaborates With Patient/Family When Developing Plan of Care
• Conducts Death Visit And Assists in The Assessment of Family Needs For Bereavement Services Following The Patient’s Death & Conveys Information to Bereavement Staff No Later Than Three Days After Death of Patient

Requirements:

• Saturday & Sunday 2 – 12 Hour Shifts, Compensated for 32 Hours
• Registered Nurse in The State of Maryland
• 2-3 Years of Nursing Experience (Preferred)
• Valid Driver’s License And Reliable Transportation
• Knowledge of EMR
• Must be Able to Lift 50lbs Safely.
