As part of our growth strategy, we are seeking a talented and creative Marketing Specialist with strong creative design skills to join our marketing team. This role will be pivotal in developing and executing marketing campaigns, creating visually appealing content, and contributing to the overall success of our brand.

Role Overview:

As a Marketing Specialist, with strong creative design skills, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and creating visually compelling content. Your primary focus will be on developing engaging visual materials and ensuring brand consistency across various channels. You will also assist with writing marketing copy as well as collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, business development, and product teams, to create impactful marketing content that drives brand awareness, generates leads, and supports business growth.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop creative marketing collateral, including but not limited to website and social media graphics, infographics, videos (e.g. Lumen videos), banners, brochures, flyers, presentations, and advertisements.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute compelling marketing campaigns across multiple channels, ensuring brand consistency and high visual impact.
• Create visually engaging content for digital platforms, such as websites, landing pages, email newsletters, and social media channels.
• Ensure a cohesive integration of visual and written content.
• Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends to inform design decisions.
• Utilize graphic design software and tools to produce high-quality visual assets.
• Manage and maintain the company's brand identity, style guidelines, and visual assets library.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure marketing materials align with brand guidelines.
• Assist in the development and execution of A/B testing and optimization strategies to improve marketing effectiveness.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Design, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience (2-3 years) as a Marketing Specialist (or similar role), with a strong focus on creative design.
• Proficiency in graphic design software and tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, and others.
• Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
• Demonstrated portfolio showcasing your design skills and creativity.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Knowledge of current marketing trends, digital platforms, and best practices.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and web design principles is a plus.
