We have an exciting and very unique opportunity for a self-starter with previous Staffing Industry sales experience to join our team! The Client Relationship Director will grow our newly formed Staffing Division. Candidates must have a quantifiable history of success in Staffing Industry new business development/sales and sales leadership. Knowledge of healthcare and/or government operations in the U.S. Mid-Atlantic region is ideal.

You will play a lead role in acquiring new clients for our Staffing Division. You will have the opportunity to help define and drive the strategic direction of the staffing business as it grows to meet new client demand. You will use your deep experience in Sales and Business Development to prospect, close, and grow new accounts. The Client Relationship Director is accountable for individual production to achieve the Staffing Divisions gross profit objectives for the division.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS / RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Establish and implemented targeted business development strategies
  • Work closely with the recruiting organization to ensure client staffing requests are fulfilled
  • Execute client meetings to acquire new business, solicit additional business, and drive client satisfaction
  • Implement a structured sales touch plan to maximize success
  • Participate actively in professional networking organizations to reach prospects
  • Manage and meet the set KPIs for division operations including Sales, Delivery, and Finance
  • Manage and grow key accounts as they are acquired and
  • Establish and maintain a solid base of referral sources within the community to develop new business
  • Ensure achievement of KPIs including personal sales goals, on-time delivery by the recruiting team, and division financial objectives


Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelors degree
  • Management experience
  • Staffing Industry Sales and Recruiting experience
  • Proven track record of success in both personal production and management
  • Strong business development orientation
  • Ability to hold recruiting teams accountable to meeting desired client deadlines
  • Ability to confidently interface with clients
  • Demonstrated understanding of the corporate environment
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proactive customer service and account penetration orientation
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through
  • Ability to balance multiple priorities and change in a fast-paced environment
