Salary + Commissions + Benefits

100% work from home but must live in North Carolina currently

We provide phone and computer equipment

Our office staff is currently a team of 8. We have over 80 consultants working in the field for different clients all over the US

Full training for this role provided. We’ve had much success hiring recent graduates with good 4-yr degrees in various majors


Integrity Consulting is a technical and professional staffing company that has been in the Triad of NC since forming in 1998. We are seeking a new recruiter to add to our team. Our clients are mostly on the east coast but span several states. We are 100% remote but team members must live in North Carolina as we occasionally have team meetings in-person. Most of our recruiting is for Information Technology roles but we also recruit for positions in Engineering, Health IT, Management and other professional roles.

Prior recruiting experience is not required. We can train for Recruiting Practices and the Information Technology knowledge.

- Reading and understanding client job requirements
- Performing searches on online resume subscription databases and in our internal database
- Posting jobs on job boards
- Contacting candidates and screening them against job requirements
- Preparing resumes for submittal and submitting candidates to clients
- Setting up interviews and preparing candidates for successful interviews
- Negotiating job offers with candidates
- Processing new hire employment paperwork
- Preparing new hire with assignment information and checking in after the person starts
