SUMMARY:

Provide leadership and perform a variety of duties related to client projects for Integris. Responsibilities include: providing leadership in client and internal projects, serving as a technical resource for Integris, designing, developing, testing, implementing, and evaluating technologies for Integris and related client projects. All development and implementations will be conducted in accordance with standards set forth by Integris and other information technology standards. Position requires high level of customer service skills to establish and enhance positive relations with co-workers and clients.

JOB DUTIES, FUNCTIONS AND COMPENTENCIES:

  • Provide leadership and technical direction to Integris internally and on Integris client projects to ensure the success of the project in a timely fashion
    • Accurately estimate the effort required for completion of projects and the impact of requested changes to scheduled tasks and milestones
    • Ensure project tasks/deliverables are completed and clients technical needs are being met
    • Serve as a technical resource for staff and clients to assist in the resolution of complex Information Technology problems/situations
    • Apply standards to system requirements
    • Document all aspects of technical work to provide appropriate information for client billing and research
    • May recommend to clients changes that are needed to method, processes, hardware/software to provide a better working environment for end-user
    • Application of system analysis techniques and procedures, including consulting with users, to determine hardware, software or system functional specifications
    • Design, development, documentation, analysis, creation, testing or modification of computer systems or programs, including prototypes, based on and related to user or system design specifications
    • Design, testing, documentation, creation or modification of computer programs related to machine operating systems

  • Consult and work closely with clients and co-workers to ensure development and implementation of strong technology solutions for internal use and clients
    • Research emerging technologies and recommends use
    • Collaborate with co-workers to resolve any problems/situations that may arise
    • Assist in the development of cost benefit analysis for different technology solutions
    • Specialize in certain areas of technology to provide co-workers and Integris’s clients an expert in different areas of technology
  • Is responsible for personal and professional development to ensure continued growth, development, and ability to assist with leading the Integris and co-workers in the future with the development of technology and business trends
    • Keep current with emerging technologies and how they fit in the Integris and its clients
    • Identify trends in the industry and assists in evaluating the impact of those trends on the organization
    • Actively seek and apply new knowledge and skills
    • Continue training, education, and certification accreditation from vendor partners (Microsoft, Cisco, Vmware)
  • Assist in any other projects or tasks assigned by supervisor

JOB QUALIFICATIONS/EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Job Qualifications:Strong background in Information Technology with high level of communication skills
  • Education: Associate degree in business or computer-related field or equivalent education/experience
  • Major Industry Certification – VCP, MCSE, CCNA Preferred
  • Experience Requirements: 3 years working in Information Technology
