Job Description

Integrative Health Consultants (IHC) is a thriving multi-disciplinary behavioral health private practice that is seeking a full time OCD therapist. IHC feels a deep responsibility to welcome and value all people who enter a therapy experience with us. Our specially trained and experienced team members provide Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) for those living with Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD).

REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS:

- Master’s/PHD level candidates (LMSW, LLP, LPC, LP)

- Fully licensed in the State of Michigan

- Solid theoretical understanding of Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT)

- Excellent assessment and interpersonal skills

- Experience using Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) or willingness to learn ACT

- Motivated for private practice, with self-autonomy along with the support of a cohesive team

- Availability to see at least 20 clients per week

- Maintain client files according to HIPAA and license requirements

- Consultation and support from the OCD Treatment Team

IHC is dedicated to the goal of building a diverse team of contractors that are committed to creating a culturally sensitive and aware environment.
