We are looking for an Account Manager to create long-term, trusting relationships with our customers. The Account Manager’s role is to acquire new customers, develop new business from existing clients and actively seek new sales opportunities.
The main responsibility of the Account Manager is to develop new customers on behalf of our clients that will be long-lasting and loyal. The best candidates will have excellent communication skills and have a passion for sales & business development.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
Negotiate sales and close agreements to maximize profits
Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
Clearly communicate the progress of weekly/monthly/quarterly initiatives to management
Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas
Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territory
Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
• Bachelor’s degree
• Demonstrated ability to build strong customer relationships
• Strong verbal communications skills
• Proven ability to juggle multiple projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
