As a tech advocate you will be responsible for increasing brand awareness and ultimately increasing the sales of the brand. The primary focus is to coach, train and cultivate positive relationships to ensure brand loyalty.
• College degrees are preferred but at the very least we are looking for work experience in customer environments.
• Previous experience in wireless or technology industries would be beneficial.
• Strong work ethic and time management skills
• Strong computer skills (e.g. MS Office, iOS)
• Must have the aptitude to learn technology products and have enthusiasm to meet targets
• Must be able to work independently and not require constant supervision
• Must be able to work all possible retail hours, which include, days, nights, weekends and holidays
• Must be flexible with schedule during holiday schedules are developed
Organization and hosting of in-store retail demos
Coordination with store managers and demo coordinators on schedules, product levels and demo guidelines
Create a unique customer experience to increase brand awareness and build customer loyalty
Capture demo results by timely reporting all pertinent info into
Host marketing events relevant to the brand and to the region, partnering with like-minded companies
Maintain relationships with existing sales accounts through POS placement and store merchandising
Seed and develop relationships with market influencers, ultimately leading to increased brand visibility
May participate in strategic coordination and execution of sampling initiatives, reaching consumers where they live, work, play and shop
Communication of success stories, key learning’s and other activities to management
