Customer Solutions Specialist:
The role of the Client Support Coordinator is to provide outstanding customer sales and service on a face to face basis to our customers and clients alike.
The Client Support Coordinator will promote our clients products & services, deal with any enquiries from existing customers relating to their accounts, order products and services where applicable, renew subscriptions and open new accounts where necessary.
Responsibilities of the Client Support Coordinator include:
Handle questions and product inquiries from customers
Recommend appropriate products/services/plans based on the customer's needs
Handle product returns, complaints and other customer requests
Ensure accurate data capture of all information from customer/client
TheClient Support Coordinator is an expert in providing pleasant and professional face to face follow-up services to customers in accordance with sales and service guidelines established by the Client. It is imperative that all sales targets and goals set are not only met but exceeded on a daily basis. KPI’s are essential to every business to ensure productivity is at the highest standards.
