What will you be doing:

The Network Account Executive manages day-to-day relationships with the provider network accounts and performs relationship management relations including contracting, education and training, to superior customer service and execution of development strategies. This role is business facing serving as an ambassador advancing IHCS’ interests in the healthcare provider market as the preferred partner in Value Base Home Care Services.

What you need to succeed:

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree plus two (2) years of work experience with a plan payer, in health care, or a related field with Provider Development and/or Provider Relations. Four (4) years of experience will be considered in lieu of a Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Reside in Arizona.
  • Knowledge and understanding of managed care concepts.
  • Knowledge and mastery of basic negotiating skills and contract language
