We are in need of a professional, motivated customer service representative to go above and beyond client standards. As a customer service specialist, your main responsibility is to provide our customers with the best solutions possible. You will be assisting in processing transactions, answering product questions, and troubleshooting account issues.

 

Customer Service Responsibilities:

  • Data entry

  • Assisting customers with product questions

  • Processing transactions

  • Creating Data reports

  • Correspond with customers face to face and via phone

 

Customer Service Requirements:

  • Excellent customer service skills

  • Telephone experience

  • Ability to multitask

  • Windows/IOS

  • Public speaking skills

  • 18 years or older

  • Authorized to work in the US
