Administrative Program Manager
Work Location: Washington, DC
Work Authorization: US Citizen, per contract requirement
The Technology Office provides IT Strategic Direction and Implementation of objectives to:
+ Align the IT Investment with Mission and business priorities
+ Enable Innovative Business Driven Solutions through simplifying and unifying IT
+ Optimize the use and value of IT
+ Protect and Defend the Enterprise Information Infrastructure, Critical Assets, and capabilities
+ Enable Information as a Strategic Asset for decision makers and citizens
+ Develop a high performing workforce to support the mission.
Administrative Program Manager:
+ The APM will have full authority, including signature authority for all issues pertaining to contract administration for the subject contract and will be responsible for the timely and accurate submission of all work function task orders and invoices.
+ The PM has a wide array of human resources responsibilities as it relates to contract staff and must have experience supporting this knowledge.
+ The APM or alternate shall be available during normal working hours within 24 hours to meet with Government personnel at the Washington DC work location. Government personnel are designated as the Contracting Officer (CO); Contracting Officer's Representative (COR); and/or Chief Information Security Officer (CISO).
+ Must have a minimum Bachelor's degree, Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) certification and experience with CMMI level 3 practices.
+ 5+ years of management experience.
+ Previous experience with government contracts of similar size and scope.
