  • Execution of HR strategy at the functional level by providing advice to business managers  on HR related issues, such as, staffing, workforce planning, performance management, progressive counseling (PIP), organizational development, compensation administration, HR systems etc., while ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations. Partners with managers to resolve issues
  • Support the facilitation of  Talent & Organizational Assessment for managers and team. Assist HR Managers/Leaders  in conducting workforce planning in support of the business plan
  • Ensures consistent application and compliance of human resources polices and employment laws and regulations
  • Identifies learning and development needs and works with the Learning and Development Team in the development and implementation of programs. Helps to research content and develop training materials as needed
  • Identifies and collaborates with COE and other disciplines as needed to resolve HR issues
  • Performs research and analysis on HR projects and prepares reports for management and HR leadership. Implements HR solutions and/or programs to meet specific business needs
  • Advises and consults on termination issues. Conducts the exit interview process
  • Talent Acquisition - Ensures recruitment, interviewing of managerial level positions is targeted to strategic business objectives
  • Responsible for position management throughout Oracle ERP system or WorkDay
  • Performs other related duties and projects as assigned.

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years related experience.
  • Stays up to date on trends and developments within HR, the functional area as well as the medical device industry.
  • Knowledge of the principles and practices of organizational development with the ability to positively impact the structure, culture, and effectiveness of the organization.
  • Knowledge of HR policies and practices, employment laws and regulations.
  • Experience supporting client groups and demonstrated ability in understanding the business while effectively implementing HR strategies to support business goals.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and consulting skills.  Ability to effectively interact with all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to handle and resolve ambiguous, confidential, and sensitive situations and issues of a complex nature.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, problem solving and project management skills
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite.  Oracle experience a plus.

Additional details:

    • This role is hybrid between Princeton, NJ and remote
