Job Summary of the Account Manager role
Integr8staff seeks a tactical and confident Account Manager with integrated, experiential marketing experience to work on a global brand focusing on expanding their consumer base into various markets. This role reports to the Account Supervisor and offers exceptional growth potential.

Responsibilities of the Account Manager role
Establish a deep understanding of the client’s business
Bring knowledge and cultural insight to effectively create targeted marketing programs
Display knowledge of the agency, promotions, event and digital media processes
Will be responsible for presentations, budgets and creative briefs
Manage all deliverable's per program/project
Ability to review client documents and check for errors
Be an effective leader who manages team and keeps them motivated
Manage internal/external budgets
Ability to juggle multiple timelines, deadlines and client’s expectations
Exhibit problem solving
Anticipate potential problems and questions
Forthcoming about workload and need for assistance or adjusted deadlines
Be able to provide 3 solutions to a problem and make a recommendation
Lead internal/external meetings
Provide weekly updates to leadership
Manage your support staff
Exhibit strong verbal and written communication
Build growth opportunities to cross sell and up-sell
Stay up to date with current marketing trends

Requirements of the Account Manager role
3+ years of account services experience in consumer markets
A Bachelor’s Degree (preferred in marketing or communications) is required
Marketing or advertising agency serving consumer goods and retail clients is required
Must be proficient in experiential marketing, promotion management
Event activation, PR, social media and digital experience strongly desired
Familiarity with marketing research and applying it to projects
Comfortable with creating and delivering client presentations
Solid organizational, verbal and written communication skills preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Must be okay with travel.
