We are looking for a Sales Producer to join our firm. All of our business is inbound and there is no prospecting required. We’ll bring you the clients – you close the sale.


  • Develop and calculate suitable plans based on small business customers needs
  • Present and sell small business insurance policies to new clients through policy quoting, binding, and issuing          multi-line commercial small accounts in a digital environment
  • Working knowledge and understanding of the Small Commercial market; ability to differentiate between                   carriers' offerings and make suggestion to our customers that best suit their needs 
  • Financial Acumen and general understanding of Small Commercial insurance underwriting method preferred. 
  • Are tenacious and determined to win and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Persistent in following up with              leads to win business
  • Continuously develop and strengthen the skills required for success
  • Maintain knowledge of strategic direction and plan, including goals and objectives to achieve quality service           results for our clients
  • Strong sales & negotiation skills, Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational, customer service orientation & disciplined time management skills. Can work                          autonomously and take ownership
  • Maintaining a disciplined operating routine and sales process designed to ensure consistent execution of                highly effective sales practices 
  • Demonstrates a continuing commitment to personal development 
  • Technology Proficiency (MS Office) 
  • Effective in building relationships in a virtual environment
  • Effectively managing multiple initiatives, projects, and tasks focused on creating desired outcomes that align          with Insureon’s behaviors


  • Bachelor’s degree or comparable experience required
  • 5+ years of Prior sales experience as a Commercial Lines insurance producer required with a track record of proven success
  • P&C license required
