Looking for an ambitious and reliable Executive Assistant/Operations Manager to the Owner of a growing luxury home staging company in Boca Raton, FL. High potential for grow with the company in an expanding role with possibility for promotions and bonuses.
This person will report directly to the Business Owner.
This person is a self-starter, takes on responsibility with little or no supervision and can reliably complete tasks. This person is extremely organized, responsible and trustworthy and will maintain strict confidentiality.
Duties and Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
- Previous experience as a personal assistant/executive assistant/operations manager preferred.
- Tech and social media savy.
- Outlook, Word, Excel required.
- Book keeping using QuickBooks a plus.
- Keep track of important tasks and deadlines.
- Type, answer phones, prepare reports, and manage correspondence.
- Liaise with staff, suppliers and clients.
- General administration and running of office.
- Miscellaneous tasks to support Business Owner.
- Strong follow-up skills.
