Insurcomm, Inc is looking for experienced Construction Project Manager's with 3+ years experience in the insurance restoration industry. Salary is negotiable and based on industry experience. Full benefits package including health, dental, vacation time and 401k.
Opportunity to travel exists as Insurcomm does national large loss/CAT work.
Requirements
- Must be proficient with Xactimate.
- 3+ years estimating/project managing restoration projects preferred.
- Must have valid drivers license.
- Detail-oriented, enjoys a fast-paced environment, high integrity, and the desire to supply a turn key solution for our clients.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively work with insurance companies and clients
Key Functions
- Inspect property losses, develop scope, sketch, and create estimates in Xactimate.
- Keep customers informed
- Close claims expeditiously and coordinate/oversee production of projects'
