In addition, the Assistant Marketing Coordinator must be highly self-motivated, have a positive attitude and be resourceful, and enthusiastic about their work.
The successful candidate for this role will also be responsible for handling interactions with clients/customers and communicating with other departments within the company to keep marketing campaigns on track, creating and providing customer metrics, executing customer outreach. You will create customer packages, monitor and manage the CRM and work with operations. Your duties will also include assuring quality control and providing customer support. This position reports directly to the Marketing Manager but will actively work with all members of the marketing team.
