Software Engineer (ERP) - Remote

Inspire Medical Systems, a rapidly growing medical device company, is seeking a Software Engineer. 

As a Software Engineer supporting our Quality, Finance and Operations teams for the Microsoft Dynamics Business Central application, you will work with a team of talented and passionate analysts and engineers to deliver the next set of product functionality and experiences with extreme robustness and quality through well-established practices.  

You will design, code and test as well as learn and teach others. 

This role is open to a candidates who wish to work remotely.

Job Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, debug, and ship high quality features that are used by users around the world
• Take responsibility for uninterrupted operation of these features in the production environment
• Analyze and prioritize business requirements and customer feedback
• Work across organizations, collaborating with internal partner teams such as Dynamics Business Central, Dynamics 365, Azure, MS Office, and other internal and external applications
• Interact with business analysts, department leadership, product owners and vendors to quickly solve problems and create long-term solutions

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
• 3 years of software development experience, or 1 year with an advanced degree
• Experience in Java, C/C++, C#, Objective C, Python, JavaScript, or Go
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics
• Experience in web/mobile application development, distributed/parallel systems, or systems/security software development

Preferred Qualifications

• Expert with Excel and Power BI 
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously; possesses strong organization and prioritization skills
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
• Comfortable working in a high volume, fast-paced, rapidly changing, results-oriented work environment
• Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics application design
• Dynamics Business Central application design, build, sandbox, and deployment
• Experienced with Microsoft Power Automate
• Experience with localization and global implementations
• Experience working in a regulated medical device company
