Administrative Assistant

Bilingual in English/Spanish Strongly Preferred

This job is about more than answering phones and being friendly; your initiative and organizational skills will keep them running at top performance, while your enthusiasm and ideas will shape the environment in which they all work.

 

Our growing home improvement client is seeking Administrative Assistant who will take great pride in their work. As the ideal candidate, you will utilize your skills and talents to successfully perform the following:

  • Service all prospective customers and customers with the objective of meeting/exceeding their needs and building customers for life
  • Ensure that all tasks are completed in a timely and professional manner
  • Work with leadership to ensure that all expectations set with the employees and customers are met
  • Provide administrative support to sales and other services team including:
    • Update customer information in database
    • ensure that sales and marketing materials are kept in inventory
    • Enter proposal information and details into database
    • Provide work site project schedule to crews
    • Collect and track hours worked by crews on job sites
    • Maintain all files
    • Process all incoming and outgoing mail
    • Order supplies for the office and others as required
    • Answer phones
    • Organize company functions and events.

 

Qualifications:        

  • Exceptional computer skills - Proficient with MS Office and tech savvy to learn the currently used software programs
  • A “go-getter” who is excited to get involved with a growing company.
  • Stellar time management skills; be proactive, flexible and able to prioritize in a fast-paced work environment
  • Be organized and professional, have excellent writing and reporting skills, and attention to detail
  • Must have 3+ years general business experience; Associates degree preferred
  • Must have exceptional knowledge of general office machines and software applications.
  • Bilingual in English/Spanish a huge plus
