The Customer Success Manager will be expected to create frictionless experiences for customers to learn how to leverage InspectionXpert products and realize value quickly. What You Will Do:

  • Learn InspectionXpert’s products inside and out to onboard new customers in their first 30-days
  • Create and deploy content with a one-to-many approach through webinars, videos, emails, surveys, blogs, and our knowledge base
  • Work closely with Marketing to understand our company voice and star in the occasional ridiculous video or gif
  • Conduct live training sessions (remotely through Zoom Meetings)
  • Own the Knowledge Base, our self-help hub for InspectionXpert customers, including the creation of articles explaining new product features as well as answers to common questions
  • Jump in and help the technical support team respond to issues when needed
  • Deliver customer feedback to the Product team

  • Created customer-facing product training plans and/or content
  • Managed client relationships with revenue retention goals
  • Created and edited videos, hosted webinars, and conducted meetings remotely
  • Experience with or for a SaaS-based company
