We are looking for a part time lead generation rep to join our SJ team. The goal is to set 1 appointment per day on the days worked.
The Lead Gen (Rep) is responsible for “hunting” via their personal sales activities and outside prospects that currently do not use any of the client’s services. The primary focus should be to increase revenue and carton count, as well as providing the perspective customer the entire client's product lines.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The essential duties are listed below. The rep is not limited to these duties but these are the duties the company feels are critical in order for a lead gen rep to be successful.

Lead Generation – Make outbound calls every day. These calls will be a combination of cold, warm and follow-up calls. Lists of suspect companies will be provided by the client, which the Rep is expected to add to this list. Although leads may be provided to the Rep through company marketing efforts, the Rep is expected to primarily generate their own leads.
Follow-Up – Reps are expected to follow-up on a timely basis with active qualified prospects as needed, to advance the sales process and to follow-up on the remaining “suspects” on a prescribed time table defined by the company based on the prospects grade.
Inbound Leads – Leads acquired by the company may be given to the rep at management’s discretion.
Database – The Account Manager will be given access to the client's Sales Automation tool and will be expected to enter all activities, notes, and opportunities in this tool. It will be the tools the rep will use to track clients and demonstrate to management their effort to secure new clients, as well as, initiate both cold and warm calls on “suspect” companies in their territory. The capture and entry of specific data will be required of each rep on all companies they are calling on or have met with.
Competitive Information – Collect for the sales team any and all information on our competitors and work with Management to formulate competitive strategies and programs.
Reports – Reps are responsible for completing a weekly sales report which will be generated through the client's Sales Automation System. Therefore timely entry of all required information into this tool will be a requirement of this position.

HOURS AND COMPENSATION:
20-25 hours per week, we can be flexible to accommodate school, home life etc.
$15-$18 per hour depending on experience plus $25 for each appointment
