What we are looking for:

Insightin Health is looking for a full-time Manager, Implementation & Delivery to effectively manage client-engaging product implementation and support.  Implementation includes: 1) understanding client’s business goals and objectives; 2) intimately collaborating with Business Intelligence team to ensure accurate requirements gathering; 3) client relationship management; 4) ensuring a quality-assured product is delivered within scheduled project timeline; 5) providing project management and support post go-live.

This role is Baltimore based, with expectations to be working in office with options for remote/work from home during the week (for example, office 3 days/week, remote 2 days/week).

 

As the Manager, Client Implementation & Delivery, you are responsible for:

·       Effectively managing the implementation process internally and externally

·       Clearly communicating with the client regarding project statuses, open items, areas of risk, etc.

·       Maintaining project statuses and details within project management tool (Asana)

·       Properly escalating and identifying risks and barriers to completion

·       Attentively listening to clients, understanding their business goals and needs, and creating trusted relationships

·       Managing client implementation meetings with clear agendas, outcomes, and action items in a simple and effective manner

·       Collaborating with our Business Intelligence and Technical teams to complete support tasks and get answers that solve client project needs

·       Collaborating with all teams (Business Intelligence, Data Science, Innovation, Sales, Technical) regarding project delivery needs, expectations and opportunities to expand within the account  

·       Putting the client first and attentively addressing their needs within the scope of services to ensure client retention and in-account growth

·       Effectively completing the tactical needs of the job while recognizing and aligning to the strategy and long-term vision

·       Ensuring that a quality-assured product is delivered to the client

·       Providing client product support post-production, including ensuring scheduled deliverables are executed, maintaining and creating schedules as needed, and related activities that continue client product usage

 

Opportunities with this role include clear paths for upward growth within the Implementation & Delivery team.  This role reports to the Director, Implementation & Delivery within the Operations department.
