SERVICENOW IMPLEMENTATION SPECIALIST
Needed immediately with Insight in Alpharetta, GA
Engaging new role responsible for a ServiceNow specialist, in a client consulting environment. The ideal candidate is a technical consultant who has a proven track record of deploying ServiceNow application solutions in a client environment, with a passion for delivering real business value to customers. You will be a key member of the project team that delivers ServiceNow solutions in the form of billable projects.You will work closely with clients and must demonstrate individual, functional and professional knowledge to ensure work products and deliverables are of the highest caliber.
You will use your exceptional development and consulting skills to execute the successful delivery of large, complex ServiceNow projects for enterprise customers, often handling multiple engagements at a time - all while keeping our customer satisfaction rating at one of the highest levels in the ServiceNow ecosystem.
You are an experienced implementer of ServiceNow applications with 3+ years of experience with ServiceNow products and have demonstrated results as a billable customer consultant. You are independent, proactive, high energy and are a team player.
+ Lead all technical aspects of project delivery and solution delivery including application UI configuration, workflow configuration, development of client specific reporting, development of required integration components (SSO, LDAP, etc.)
+ Be a key member of the overall implementation project team.
+ Prepare all client facing and internal deliverables that are technology related.
+ Drive the continuous improvements of our implementation methodology and service offerings based on client experiences.
+ Proven experience of leading the deployment of enterprise software (ideally ITIL related) solutions in client environments
+ 2+ Years Experience with ServiceNow Implementations and a record of at least 3 successful deployments as lead
+ 2+ Years of experience with Application Experience: Incident, Problem, Change Management, Knowledge, Service Catalog
+ Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) with strong presentation and facilitation skills (proficiency in Visio, Word and PowerPoint)
+ Demonstrated ability to influence and consult (providing options with pros, cons and risks) while providing thought leadership to sponsors/stakeholders in solving governance, program/project management, business process and/or technical problems
+ Strong interpersonal skills, customer centric attitude, ability to deal with cultural diversity
+ Proven team player and team builder
+ Strong organizational and analytical skills
+ A degree or equivalent, preferably in Information Technology or Business
+ ITIL V3 Foundations Certification preferred
+ ServiceNow System Admin Certification
+ ServiceNow Implementation Specialist Certification preferred
+ Willingness to travel 50%
+ Jelly or Angular.JS a plus i.e., UI Macros / UI Page development
+ Content Management System / Portal Development
+ Advanced Skills with ServiceNow Development APIs
+ Web Service Integration experience
+ LDAP Integration experience
+ Single Sign-on configuration and administration
+ Experience in establishing integrations through JDBC and the MID Server
+ Business Process Management/Automation
+ Experienced and Comfortable Presenting to large Audiences
+ Advanced Application Experience: Orchestration, Discovery + CMDB, Asset Management, PPM Suite
+ Discovery, Orchestration, ServiceMapping, Event Management a Plus
+ ITIL Foundation Certified i.e., ITIL V1, ITIL V2, ITIL V3
+ ServiceNow Developer Certified
