An employer is looking for up to 300 remote Call Center Representatives. This person will be performing outbound survey calls to determine voter habits and preferences regarding the upcoming presidential election. Each person will be working at an individual workstation putting out manual or delivered calls. There is an online script they will be trained up on as well as surveys they will administer over the phone. Candidates will be dialing about 200-300 outbound calls a day through an automated dialing system including: Public research surveys, voter persuasion calls, and voter identification calls.
Experience working in a call center environment
They must own or have access to a desktop/laptop
They must have stable Wifi connection (no Personal hotspot)
They must have a headset of some kind or headphones with a functioning microphone
