A client of Insight Global is looking for Customer Service Representatives to start immediately (as soon as this upcoming week- 10/19/2020) for a 3 to 7 week contract with the possibility of extension. These candidates will be responsible for fielding high volume inbound calls regarding a recall message for one of their customers.
Candidates must be able to work at least 3 days a week (shift times will be M-F 8 am to 9 pm CST, Saturdays and Sundays 8 am to 6 pm CST). Candidates can work any variation of these shifts, whatever works for their schedule.
There will be a week-long training onsite, after which candidates can work completely remote as long as they have a laptop/desktop and wifi capabilities.
