Shift: Monday – Saturday 11:30 AM – 8 PM (You will have Sunday off and your pick of Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday)
Pay: 12/hr + Commission
Role: Product Support Agent

Day 2 day:
These Agent will be taking inbound calls from people who have issues with their Dyson Vacuums. The Agent will get full training on product support and sales. These Agents will walk customers through a series of troubleshooting steps in hopes of fixing their problem or identifying what is broken. They will also be looking for opportunities in which this customer may be interested in an additional product or upgrading their current product due to the issue not being fixable or they are utilizing an older model with older technology etc. Most calls average 10 minutes in duration and Agents are encouraged to build rapport with their customers. Customer service skills are imperative!
