Insight Global is seeking Customer Service Representative's to join our expanding team in our Naperville, IL location. You will be responsible for handling inbound calls from our customers and helping them fix their products.
- Handle 40-45 in-bound calls a day
- Walk through troubleshooting steps in hopes of fixing customers product.
- They will also be looking for opportunities in which the customer may be interested in additional products or upgrading their current product due to the issue not being fixable or they are utilizing an older model.
- Customer service (retail, service industry, hospitality, etc.) background
- Must be able to type 30 WPM
- Strong Communication
- Ability to work Saturday's from 9:00AM - 6:00PM
- Ability to work the hours of 11:30AM - 8:00PM
