We are seeking a Client Support Specialist to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues.
- Client support experience (phone, email, and instant message communication)
- Phone support experience
- Basic technical troubleshooting experience – must be able to explain how they have de-escalated an issue
- Comfortable working with data
- Experience working with insurance, specifically benefits administration
- Experience working with Siebel (pronounced ‘see-bal’)
