REMOTE PROJECT/CONTRACTS MANAGER - Salary – $62,000 – $78,000 based on education, certifications, & years/type of experience

We are looking for the right person to join our team to be part of our Inside Out Learning (IOL) family. We are a successful professional, leadership, and organization development consulting business for 20+ years. We serve Fortune 500, mid and small-size businesses.

This year we are taking our award-winning work to the masses by publishing a book and APP called The Authenticity CodeTM: The Art and Science of Success and Why You Can’t Fake It To Make It. This position is REMOTE so we are accepting applicants from around the nation. However, if the person is based in the Phoenix area, we would ask them to come to corporate HQ in Cave Creek, AZ once a week.

We are looking for a Training Project & Contracts Manager that oversees and contributes to effective business operations including establishing & managing multiple project plans, pricing, developing budgets, capacity planning, staffing and managing contracts, and establishing efficient systems and standard operating procedures. Small business experience is a plus

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Create, monitor, and manage projects and project budgets, including solving problems on projects and capacity planning.

  • Staffing – budget staff fees, determine availability, negotiate rates, oversee consultant contracts are in place, provide feedback to contractors. This position will work closely with another IOL team member who will assist with speaking with consultants about pay & drafting schedule A contracts for consultants to sign.

  • Manage Client Contracts and Purchase Orders.

  • Find and vet additional resources when needed.

  • Contribute to business sustainment and growth through various activities including securing program dates, follow-up with prospective sponsors, create pricing scenarios and proposals/SOW, secure projects on contract and ensure resources are available.

  • Create value with customers by setting expectations and implementing best practices.

  • Plan and lead team calls; monitor progress on assignments.

  • Compare estimated budget to actual

SECONDARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: include the following and may be changed at any time.

  • Logistics planning

  • Review/send invoices to appropriate client contacts

  • Update/Organize/Share documents on the company drive

  • Review invoices for accuracy, send and follow up to ensure timely payment. Our CFO will be the point person for creating the invoices.

  • Proactively improve and foster adoption of efficient systems, standard operating procedures, and processes

  • Identify business opportunities that enable growth.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years experience or equivalent job knowledge/experience. While experience in management consulting, education, training, and learning & development field is preferable, other project and contracts management experience is valuable and will be considered.

COMPUTER SKILLS:

Proficiency in using Sharepoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Excel, Google Workspace, Docs, Sheet, Acrobat, WebEx, Zoom, and social media platforms.

OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

Experience with Training/Design, Scheduling, Capacity Planning, Budgeting/Negotiations

Pay: $62,000.00 - $78,000.00 per year
