Strategic Account Manager
- $65,000 to $100,000 Yearly (plus commission)

Position Description:
The Strategic Account Manager position is an integral piece to our overall value delivery. The Strategic Account Manager is responsible for nurturing effective relationships with our Clients, facilitating the development of long-term technology strategies, then connecting the Client needs with our delivery Team. A successful Strategic Account Manager participates in continual improvement of our product and service delivery, ensuring we are matching Client need with right-fit solutions. He/She also helps to identify, nurture, and close new opportunities, as well as maintains relationships both in a defined Client base, as well as across all Clients where needed. This is a technical position, so an IT background is required.
Role and Responsibilities
· Serve as the primary point of contact for Client accounts and continually engage with a positive, business improvement focused attitude
· Become a trusted adviser with Clients by deeply understanding their business and aligning our solutions and services with their needs
· Oversee onboarding experience for new Client accounts, collaborate internally to ensure proper attention to detail is taken
· Provide education and coaching to drive adoption and maximize value of service for our Clients
· Develop and share best practices with Team members to continually improve the quality, effectiveness, and efficiency of our processes, products and services
· Monitor and manage satisfactory connection between our Clients and our Engineers
· Establish and maintain Business Technology strategies, and maintain thought leadership with Clients through continual contact and periodic reviews
· Partner with cross-functional teams to translate business needs and product requirements into new solutions for Clients
· Serve as a customer advocate while capturing customer feedback and reporting, know the health of the Client accounts
· Maintain and grow revenue base by managing account retention, agreement compliance and renewals
· Identify successful customers and turn them into advocates, measured by participation in reference calls, case studies, testimonials webinars, and events
